Initiate Your Request

Log into your Watch Gang account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the unworn watch along with its original box, tags, and warranty cards into a secure shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our horology experts inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
